Predstavljanje izveštaja Materijalne reparacije u parničnim postupcima za naknadu štete - praksa sudova u Srbiji u periodu 2021-2022. godine

Fond za humanitarno pravo (FHP) predstaviće izveštaj Materijalne reparacije u parničnim postupcima za naknadu štete – praksa sudova u Srbiji u periodu 2021-2022. godine (Izveštaj).

Ovaj izveštaj analizira tok aktuelnih sudskih postupaka u Srbiji tokom 2021. i 2022. godine. Međutim, obzirom da većina postupaka traje više od dve godine, radi lakšeg praćenja toka postupka u izveštaju je dat kratak pregled toka postupka i pre 2021. godine.

Izveštaj je podeljen u dva dela. U prvom delu izveštaja analizirani su pojedinačni predmeti koji su trenutno u toku pred sudovima u Srbiji, dok se drugi deo odnosi na glavne probleme koje je FHP u svom radu identifikovao kao ključne koji onemogućavaju žrtve da ostvare svoje pravo na reparacije pred domaćim sudovima.

• Igor Matijašević, predstavnik porodica stradalih meštana Sotina (Hrvatska)

Report Launch: Material reparations in proceedings for damages – the practice of courts in Serbia 2021-2022

Humanitarian Law Center (HLC) is going to present its report on “Material reparations in proceedings for damages – the practice of courts in Serbia 2021-2022 “ (the Report).

The report analyses the course of ongoing court proceedings during the years 2021 and 2022. However, since most procedures have lasted for more than two years, the Report also provides a short overview of the procedures before 2021, to facilitate the tracking.

The Report is divided into two parts. The first part of the Report analyses the individual cases currently adjudicated by the Serbian courts, while the second part renders the main problems identified by HLC during its efforts as the key ones which prevent the victims from exercising their rights to reparations before domestic courts.

The speakers at the presentation will be:

• Ivana Žanić, HLC Executive Director;

• Mihailo Pavlović, attorney at law

• Igor Matijašević, representative of the families of Sotin’s civilians killed in 1991
